I have nothing but good things to say about Riley and Wells. I got charged with reckless driving (a 1st degree misdemeanor) and hired Cody Remington from this law firm to defend me. Despite the absurdly high speed the Commonwealth of Virginia alleged I was going, Mr. Remington was able to have my criminal charge dropped and replaced with a measly traffic infraction. He was helpful and well experienced in reckless driving cases in the local courts. He knows the judges and prosecutors well and is both willing and able to schedule hearings with the judge best suited for a best case scenario ruling on his client's behalf.
