I’ve had the worst experience with this attorney, got a reckless driving and was told to do community service, then had a family death and working 2 jobs I had asked for an extension and during the extension the virus hit. Ever since the virus I have not been able to find anywhere to accept volunteers do to the virus other then a food bank and I have gotten 9 hours and can not find anywhere else, and contacted the attorney and everyone acted as if it’s my fault I’m unable to find somewhere. Have called the court asking for places and every place I was given wouldn’t accept anyone. I have a top security clearance and I have a good chance of losing it and screwing up my life over a speeding ticket. While prisoners are being let out on felony offenses but nothing can be done to help me. Have called the attorneys office multiple times, and have been told I will have someone returning my call and I have waited days and never received a call back. Extremely unhappy with this.
He was very unresponsive after I paid his fee, late to court, & admitted to making "tactical" errors and "misreading" the officer in court. When the officer said the wrong time of a school zone that I was charged with speeding in front of the judge, my lawyer didn't even bring it up. This would have repudiated the charges against me. If I retained different counsel, or none at all, I would have gotten the same result AT WORST, and likely would have gotten a complete dismissal.
