David B Harrison

What County is he in? It certaly makes sense to talk to a lawyer about how the cases are handled in that county and what to expect. it will have driver's license consequences as well as consequences in Court.

Will we have to put an IID on both my cars? How?

Richard B. Jacobson
Answered by attorney Richard B. Jacobson (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Richard B. Jacobson Associates, LLC
Consult your own lawyer, or call the prosecutor. I believe that some agreements have been made whereby only the car driven by the defendant is required to have the IID, but those were several years ago. I doubt that transferring ownership to avoid the requirement will help: in fact, it will smell decidedly 'fishy.'

If the officer didn't see me drive can he arrest me for DUI?

Answered by attorney Steven Fairlie
DUI/DWI lawyer at Fairlie & Lippy, P.C.
You bring up great points but no one can tell you whether you are likely to win until you sit through a full consultation on the case, generally taking about an hour.
