Theodore “Ted” Finn is a Colorado native, born and raised in Longmont, with deep roots in the community he now proudly serves. At the University of Northern Colorado, Ted earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science before completing his legal education at Creighton University School of Law. There, he was a member of the Creighton Law Review and graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor in 2003.
With over two decades of legal experience across the state of Colorado, Ted brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a partner at Flanders, Elsberg, Herber & Dunn. His early work included defending individuals and corporations in matters involving employment law, wage disputes, and commercial liability. Over time, he developed a strong focus in family and divorce law, where he found his passion for guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult transitions.
