Expungement is not available for a conviction of DUI. It stays on your driving record forever as a misdemeanor conviction. If you were convicted in a District Court Jury trial, an appeal of right must be filed within 21 days after entry of the Judgment of Conviction/sentence or 21 days following an order denying a motion for a new trial, judgment notwithstanding the verdict, or a motion for rehearing or reconsideration if the motion was filed within the original 21 day period allowed.
