Mandatory minimum penalty of a 1st time DUI with a BAC over .15 is as follows: 2 days in jail, minimum fine of roughly $1600.00; one year revocation of license; ignition interlock for one year (after your license has been reissued; SR22 high risk insurance; alcohol/drug treatment per the court.
