Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. There could be a number of reasons for the "no reading". Was this a hand-held unit at the time of your stop and arrest or was it a breathalyzer at the police station? I suggest that you contact an experienced criminal defense attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your arrest. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

210 liters of breath is how much is required to register a sample on the breath machine in Washington. If your lungs can not expend that much air, he should take you for a blood test instead. There is a data base of all machine results, which may show how many seconds you attempted to blow. You need a lawyer to fight this.

You can try contacting the court - best to do so in writing explaining your situation. When you did not appear for court, a warrant likely issued for your arrest. If you call or send in a written explanation, the court might then set a new date for you to appear and at that time they would quash the warrant.  Some courts have ways to get warrants quashed by showing up at certain times or days. You can call the court clerk's office and ask about that, but that would require you to travel to the courthouse.
