Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Case: DHS founded finding appeal. Result: The finding was overturned. John won the case. I had an appeal of a DHS founded finding and John represented me. Over the course of several months John and I were in constant communication about the case. This communication was in the form of phone calls and meetings in his office where we were able to devise an approach and work towards overturning the DHS finding. John is highly versed with DHS cases and during his career even exposed biased determinations made by DHS. He explained the intimidation tactics often used by the government leading up to these hearings and assured me, he would be able to effectively litigate our case. I highly recommend John. He takes the time to listen to you. You can call him and he will listen to everything you have to say. That was incredibly important to me, and I’m very appreciative of the professionalism.
I can't imagine where I would be today if I had not hired Mr Willett as my attorney. He fights hard for his clients and can be trusted. His decades of experience are evident in every piece of advice he gives and he knows how to get results.
I cannot overstate how excellent it was to have attorney Jonathan Willett representing us. Not only was he professional, diligent, determined, and knowledgeable, but he was also was compassionate, considerate, and took the time that was needed to provide successful representation. I knew throughout the process that he was committed to representing our best interests, I'm thoroughly satisfied and grateful for he results he achieved and in the work he did for us. I highly highly recommend him.
Working with Jonathan I was able to receive my desired outcome in the court case. It took some time however, I am happy that we were able to communicate throughout this process and that the pricing was fair.
Jonathan Willett is a very professional man whose assistance is the only reason I am where I am today. Numerous times during my two-year probation I came to him with questions and he always had an answer, and if he did not he would find out right away. As a student and my parents being so far away he played a very important role in all aspects of my case, he even once drove me to the jail when I was unable to find a ride. Words cannot express the praise I have for this man. Thanks again.
I would highly recommend Jonathan Willett for any level state or federal legal problem. I was blessed to have him in my case and have since used him to follow up with all the red tape associated with a felony arrest after I was acquitted. He has the quick whit and knowledge in the courtroom that the judge and opposing council respect. He takes little time to get up to speed in specialized areas and knows when and where to seek help.
Contacted Jonathan for employment issue, This was my first experience with a law firm and was not sure what to expect. was pleasantly surprised on how Jonathan handled the case, he was up front on all the costs, provided honest opinion and explained me all the options. I was not sure how he would do the litigation going against corporate legal counsel and he did the wonderfully. I am very please and would highly recommend his services.
