If ti is a first offense DUI it is common to not have fingerprints and mug shot taken.  It is likely ti will not show up on you ARREST record with the Colorado Bureau of Investigations. It will however show up on your driving record at DMV and on the Court records.

I have successfully gotten a similar case dismissed. But, understand that there is some culpability on your part in trying to trick the cop. BTW - you might still have a DMV issue since you were behind the wheel with the keys in the ignition. That is actual physical control and your drivers license could be revoked. There is no set fee schedule for how much an attorney charges for his or her services. All attorneys charge differently depending on their experience, locality, complexity of the case, etc. I suggest that you interview a number of attorneys and retain the one you feel most comfortable with and can afford.
