Generally a divorce is not final unless a Notice of Entry of Judgment has been filed and mailed to both parties. If you don't see that form, you don't have a final judgment. I do suggest you actually go to the courthouse and look at your file to see its status.

You need to file for a divorce. In Utah you can file online through a program offered by the courts, if you decide not to retain an attorney. The court can grant a divorce even if your husband does not agree. You will need to attend some divorce education classes and submit some income documentation to allow the court to calculate child support. If your husband will not accept service of the paperwork, you will need to have him served with the summons and complaint. Instructions for all of the requirements are located at the court's webpage, utcourts.gov.
