Brian has handled a few appellate matters for me. In all instances Brian has shown substantial legal knowledge and experience and was readily able to conduct further research related to the specifics of my case. He carefully considered my input and incorporated my ideas and preferences whenever possible. He always took my calls and/or returned my messages promptly, and his billing practices were very reasonable. He will find the best appellate strategy and treat you well through the process.

Mr Beckwith is more than responsive and competent during all of my issues in my divorce/custody. He is highly knowledgeable of the law and approached representation as an opportunity to have me understand the law for my needs. This was incredibly empowering. Whereas other attorneys seemed to patronize, he seemed to inherently appreciate that an empowered client is a strong client and easier to represent. His demeanor was approachable and he is incredibly fair.
