Can I make my husband pay alimony?

Rebecca A Rainwater

If you are wanting to divorce file a petition for dissolution. Also file a request for orders and ask for spousal support, property control so he cannot keep entering the home and what debts you want him to pay. Hire an attorney and ask him/her to get temporary support orders and attorney fees. If you have children you also need immediate custody/visitation and child support established.

Talk to your lawyer. He or she may have to get an order to do away with the requirement since she has not complied with the judge's order.
