Filing for divorce without a lawyer, been seperated 10 years!!

Answered by attorney Andrew M. Lloyd
Divorce lawyer at Lloyd Associates, PLLC
You may file a pro se divorce, and provided he agrees to everything, it can be pretty straightforward.  There are places online to find forms, though I generally find that paying a little more money to an attorney to do it properly and discuss all of the legal ramifications (ins and outs) is worth it.  This saves you time, effort, and doubt.  There are many issues that forms will not cover when it comes to conservatorship of a child.

How can I get signing a document about a pension reversed?

Robert Jensen 'Bob' Matlock
Answered by attorney Robert Jensen 'Bob' Matlock (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Mackoy, Hernandez, Jones and Woods LLP
It is not possible to provide an answer to your question without seeing the documents. I suggest you contact the plan administrator for information about the pension and the status of your husband's account. I suggest you hire a lawyer.

If my wife lives in one state and I live in another state and we were married in a different state, how would we be able to get a divorce?

Answered by attorney Robert E McCall (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Law Office of Robert E. McCall
If there are no children, either spouse may file in either state. If kids, the state where the minor child lives.
