What can I legally do if my husband go with another lady and she knows he's married?

In California, there is not legal action for such conduct. Your recourse is to file a divorce case if you no longer wish to be married. You also want to protect yourself from monies or property that may be spent or given to the new woman.

You probably never finished the first divorce - you could have done it by defaulting them. That case would have been dismissed years ago as it was never finished. You need to respond and ask for child support and child custody.
