He can make a police report saying it was stolen and report that you did it..the police, or most likely the prosecutor, will most likely not do anything to enter into a domestic situation.

You should have received a document entitled "Notice of Entry of Judgment". On that document it will say the day your divorce is final. If you don't have that document, you probably will have to go to the court and talk to the clerk.

If you are in Florida, you have an interest in the house, at least it sounds that way from what you've stated. Regardless, she cannot force you to leave the "marital residence". Only a judge can do that. You should consult with an attorney as soon as possible in order to best determine your potential rights and options.
