Is my wife still entitles to my stuff after cheating on our marriage?

Yes. Oklahoma is a no-fault state. Your wife would be entitled to half of what is considered Joint Industry Property. This is what you two have received during the marriage. The things you had before the marriage are yours and the things she had before the marriage are hers.

If I file for divorce and he doesn’t respond, what will happen to the home?

Anthony O. Van Johnson
Answered by attorney Anthony O. Van Johnson (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Anthony Overton Van Johnson Associates, P.C.
If you don't know the whereabouts of your husband, you can file the divorce and serve him through publication. In Georgia, he has 60 days to file an Answer when served by publication. If no answer is filed, you can proceed with your divorce action. The judge will hear your evidence and make a decision even if your husband does not appear. Retain the services of an attorney to handle this for you.

Given your heath issues and the length of the marriage a spousal support claim is warranted in principal. See an attorney for specific advice.
