What will happen if my son was caught with my medical marijuana?

Answered by attorney Jason William Savela
Criminal Law lawyer at The Savela Law Firm, P.C.
It is bad to admit that you know your son is using your MJ and you do not do anything to prevent it. You could be charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor Felony 4. You might lose your MMJ rights. If the cops come to question you about your son, you should say you do not want to discuss it without a lawyer.

Can I sue if I was assault at a restaurant? How?

Answered by attorney Barry Ronald Rabovsky (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Barry R. Rabovsky
It would be important to know whether you received medical attention as a result of the incident. Also, if the patron that assaulted you at the restaurant had been drinking at the restaurant, the restaurant may be liable under the Dramshop Act.
