Can a bondsman revoke my daughter and if so, how long does the warrant has be issued?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Yes a bail bond company can revoke at any time. The Judge has to listen to their good cause. So your daughter needs to turn herself in once she finds another bonding company that will pay her bond.

You have to file notice of appeal within 30 days and then that starts the process. Ask your trial lawyer.

Can I charge my wife with theft if she sold something of mine without my permission?

Technically, individuals do not charge others with crimes. You would report a suspected crime to the police and, in most cases, they would decide if charges should be presented to a prosecutor for the authorization of a complaint and warrant against the suspect. That said, you may want to consider making a police report if you think you are the victim of a crime.
