How should I answer a job application question when I was charged with stealing but it was amended?

You should answer that you were convicted of littering. You pleaded guilty to a charge of "littering" and that's the only conviction that will be on your record.

Do police have to make you aware of incident that they put in the report about me namely if they claim the found marijuana then enter it into nibrs

Do you have active criminal charges, or are you trying to sue the police. If you are trying to sue the police keep in mind that you have to have measurable damages to succeed in a claim, and, any attorney you hire will charge you a retainer fee. Good luck!

Can police search my vehicle without a warrant?

Answered by attorney John Wood Bussman (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Law Offices of John W. Bussman
That is allowed for several reasons, but it is a moot point unless they found contraband or evidence of a crime and they're now trying to introduce that evidence against you. If you're only accused of hit & run and nothing illegal was found in your car, then the search is of no consequence.
