For over 25 years, Rob has helped hard-working West Texas families to achieve justice for injuries received from the negligence of others. Rob is Board Certified® by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. He has represented clients in State and Federal Courts throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado, and he has practiced before the Fifth Circuit, and Texas and United States Supreme Courts.
With roots in a military family, Rob landed in Lubbock in 1979, where he attended Lubbock High School, Texas Tech University, and Texas Tech School of Law. He began practicing iinsurance defense law in Lubbock, later switching to personal injury, joining the Law Offices of Kevin Glasheen, before launching his own firm in 2006. Rob is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the South Plains Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. He is a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and has earned an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.
Besides maintaining an active law practice, Rob is a devoted father of four and an Ordained Catholic Deacon. Rob's hobbies include flying, hunting, and skiing. He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus, and the Knights of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre.
