It sounds like she just misplaced it. If he gets charged then he will definitely need a lawyer. He's already cooperated enough. I'd suggest that he clam up now.

What will happen to my minor son if he gets pulled over for speeding and drugs?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Hire an attorney. He is way too young to have that follow him for the rest of his life. You need to get the paraphernalia dismissed or sealed after deferred adjudication. Hire an aggressive drug trial lawyer in your area.

If an EPO and a bond condidtions are both in effect which one trumps the other

Answered by attorney Tristan Nicolas Legrande
Criminal Law lawyer at LeGrande Law
EPO only lasts 60 days (typically). Bond conditions last the entire time the case is pending. Both are in effect at the same time during the EPO, that does not mean they one trumps the other. If you violate an EPO its a new criminal charge, if you violate the bond condition your bond can be revoked.
