You need to contact and hire an attorney. 2 ways this can go down, 1 give it to them and they return it to her, no arrest, or 2 you give it to them, they give it to her and still arrest you. Either way you aren't getting paid. You need to hire an attorney to work through this with the police. However, it is not a defense to theft that she owes you money.
