Yes, but as a general proposition records relative to cases that are dismissed should be expunged from your record as opposed to sealed.

What happens if my restitution was paid in full after the warrant was issued?

You may need to go through the process of arrest and bond, but . . . I suggest that you contact the DA and probation department both with a letter and by phone to tell them that restitution has been paid in full. I would ask the DA to withdraw/terminate the arrest warrant based on this. I suspect they will.

With a felony, you cannot possess a firearm. "it says" what says that it is non dangerous? The state statute? Some idiot on the internet? What says it is non dangerous?
