Can you tell me exactly or something close to what will happen to my 14 year old daughter if she caught in the act of stealing from a store?

It needs to be sent to court, because she is a thief, and shoplifting is a problem. You will get court notice from the court.

Even though I didn’t do anything wrong, can the police arrest me for believing that I may have had something to do with the previous incident?

You are just begging to go to jail. However, right after you go to jail, you will see what is wrong with hanging out at 3:00 a.m. in front of closed businesses. You cannot see it now, because you have not been arrested, and you live in the "free" America. Are you in school? Are you working full-time? Probably not, because you have a lot of free time on your hands, which is why you are out at 3:00 a.m. just hanging out. IF you do not have school to attend or work to attend, then you can spend some time at the local jail, because of these "misunderstandings".

Go to court and face the music. It depends upon what you were on probation for and what you were required to do and didn't do. The judge may or may not put you in jail. The longer you wait, the more difficult things become.
