If you are on probation, you need to clear it with your probation officer. If you are not, unless there is an order signed by the judge that prohibits you from leaving the state, you should be able to go. You will still need to make your court dates, and notify the court of your new address.

If you are a witness you would not be allowed the services of an attorney for your testimony, unless there is a possibility of you incriminating yourself in some crime and plan on asserting your Fifth Amendment rights not to testify.
