Can I sue my employer anonymously?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Andrew Daniel Myers (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Andrew D. Myers
No you can not sue your employer anonymously. Depending on what it is that is owed, the NH Labor Department has a wage enforcement division that pursues employers who fail to pay earned wages and clients whom I have sent there have reported back that this agency has done them well. Only in rare circumstances are the names of civil parties redacted or protected, for example in the case of minors or those who have been sexually or otherwise abused and who seek protection. Based on what you have posted I do not think you fall under that category. However if you disagree, feel free to seek out a labor lawyer.

Can an airport authority pass and enforce ordinances?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
It depends on who is the authority and how high up is it coming from. If it was from the little guy at the airport, then, no. But he loves his power so treat him nice to get through the lines faster.

Do I still have the right to prosecute if I get paid back?

Answered by attorney Stephen Lewis Freeborn (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
Technically you are right; however, since you have been paid, the case will probably not go forward. I do not know enough about where the case is, if at all, in the criminal system.
