Why would you want to negate a Conditional Discharge? You do not have a criminal record with the Discharge.

Will passing a drug test by my employer help me get out of a possession of marijuana charge?

There's still a lot that needs to be known prior to being able to answer this question. But just offhand I would say that passing the drug test would definitely be in your favor. But in and of itself, I don't think that would be enough to completely get the charges dismissed.

Can I change where my days credited go?

Criminal Law lawyer at Pietryga Law Office
Possibly. You need to file a motion to modify the sentence. Sounds like the court gave you 2 options and you took the one that you thought was best for you. It appears that the circumstances have changed, so file a motion to modify. Should be pretty simple.
