I don’t know how many lawyers who handled a case that stretched over a decade and was a positively reviewed, but let this be a first.The amount of fortitude it takes to hold onto a case for that long and not consider it a loss, or to move onto something more exciting and financially feasible. He often fought my case outnumbered ten to one lawyers in the courtroom, literally. The courtroom looked like it was on tilt at times and he never blinked or wavered when it came to the facts as they stood. Kind of like you have one pick of the guy or gal you want with you in a dark alley but the court room version… I am sometimes an abrasive and impatient type person and he understood the pain and anxiety I was in when it came to my case and body. He never held that against me and always had time to listen to my worries or fears when it came to my case. Things take time, understand that. But when it takes getting to the root of the issue that mr Maggs won’t let up and treated me like family

m writing my reviews because I have multiple client experience stories from the same firm but different counselors. First Was Jim Maggs, who handled a comp case on my behalf. Without getting into too many details for privacy reasons as well as time, he was in a word amazing.
