If I was convicted and pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and got probation, would the original charge still show in my record as petty theft?

Criminal Law lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
It depends on what record, generally there is an arrest record, and the court records will show the original charge and the eventual disposition of any earlier cases.

Is it ethical or unethical for a judge to borrow money from court employees?

Carlos Humberto Davalos
Answered by attorney Carlos Humberto Davalos (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Law Offices of Carlos H. Davalos
I think its alright so long as the court personnel aren't being tried in the judge's courtroom or otherwise in a position to possibly gain some advantage from the judge because of the relationship.
