Evan was the first lawyer I’ve ever hired and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Evan is down to earth and is always willing to take the time to explain anything in laments terms. He communicated clearly about what was going on and anytime I asked for an update, he was always willing to give one, even if nothing had progressed. He never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or like I was annoying, even though I felt like I was asking for updates very often. I would recommend Evan time and time again. Sarah and her team got me from 78 percent, to 84 percent, to now 90 percent (so far). There are other claims we have on appeal so I would realistically think that we could possibly get to 100 percent sometime this year or early next year.

Thank you Berry Law, this law firm has helped me out with my VA claims. They have made my process very easy for myself and with no stress at all. A lot of time we as veterans see paper work and we are discouraged due to misunderstanding what proper paper work is needed of us but Berry Law and Corina Bartels have made my experience a great one. I reached out to them because I had all these issue from my service in the military and didn’t know which direction to go in order to get what I deserved. From the beginning he and his legal assistant Jazsmine Cryer have been excellent at advising me in a timely fashion. They are located in the Omaha office but that did not stop them from being effective communicators via phone or email. Since I have been out of the Military I have always had a pride issue with asking for help and fighting for disability and saw it as a weakness. After a meeting with Corrina Bartels and her helping me to realize I deserve fighting for my claim and disability..I opened a claim with the VA and with her help I was able to walk away with thousands of dollars I didn't think I qualified for and we are still fighting for more.
