I was falsely accused of sexual assault in Lincoln, Nebraska by a woman. I gave a statement to a police officer in which I said things which made me look guilty. Not only that, the police also dug their record to find out that another woman had also made allegation of sexual assault about me in the same jurisdiction, which was also a false allegation, but it made my case look indefensible.
I knew I was innocent but I was hopeless. But in a "die trying" mood I started contacting the best possible

Filing a claim with the VA is a complicated process that requires knowledge and experience that I simply did not have. I had no legal training, little understanding of how to organize medical evidence to support my claim, and very little knowledge of the VA claims and appeals process. Berry Law had the experience and expertise that I needed, and their help made a tremendous difference in my case. I really enjoyed Gabe and the team who fought for my interests. I would like to encourage veterans to work with this firm. I served 27 years in the Army, and when I retired I didn't file for VA disabilities before I figured with all my conditions, and I have a lot of conditions, I didn't deserve VA compensation because I have learn to adjust to not having range of motion in both wrists amongst other things. I initially went with a VSO however they sat on my paperwork for 5 months. I was told about this service from Vetcenter counselor. I am glad I went with Berry law firm because they made it very seamless for me. They supported my phone calls of uncertainties by providing me with information that made it comfortable to reach out to them anytime I had questions. Deb, is very helpful and I got a sense she actually cares about what she is doing, and for me. Please contact them for support. They will help you more than the VSO.
