I have never met a more compassionate professional than Carey Collingham. The gentleman made me feel like we were family. He was responsive and detailed. He was knowledgeable and organized. He made us feel like everything would be alright. I would highly recommend Berry Law, and Carey Collingham anytime. Their services cannot be overstated.
From the very first phone call with Rachel at Berry Law, I knew we would be in good hands. this was our first time ever being in a situation were we needed a lawyer, and honestly I didn't know what we could expect. Rachels entire team made the process so easy and stress free while i was in the hospital trying to recover from our car accident. We couldn't have asked for a better attorney to guide us through such a difficult process. Rachel has been so caring and truly invested in us as people. She checks in regularly to see how we are doing, how our recovery is going, and has made everything feel so smooth even on the hardest days. She has made us feel like family, not just another case. She has been fighting for our family from day one. Her compassion, dedication, and hard work means the world to us. Our case hasn't been easy, but she's never stopped showing up for us and we are so grateful. No words can fully express how thankful we are for her. We are truly blessed to have Rachel.
Carey Collingham delivered with the very best service I had ever had in the 18 years of dealing with attorneys. He was very communicative and got back to me promptly with any and all questions I have and he cares about his clients with the most upmost respect and he put his own personal past medical issues as an example to give you some hope that things will be okay. He can relate to your hardship and problems. I would give him a try as my best personal advice. I took the plunge to try him out and he will be my go to guy for all questions and cases that may come up in the future. Best of wishes for all.
Thank you, Berry Law Firm for your exceptional legal services and handling of my VA Disability Claim. I was very impressed with your professionalism, efficiency, and promptness in handling my claim. I was really impressed with Matt Bartling's knowledge and experience. Matt Bartling was able to explain the legal complexities in a way that I could understand, and he fought hard to get the best possible result for me. Matt Bartling was always available to answer my questions and provided excellent advice I am truly thankful for their dedication and hard work I'm so grateful for their help and highly recommend Berry Law Firm for VA Disability Claims.
After years of running up against a brick wall time and time again, my searching lead me to Berry Law. Having skepticism after being brushed off by other law firms, I signed an agreement with Berry Law Firm and was assigned to Taylor Wikum. Mr. Wikum was more than I could have asked for in regards to my situation. He was an extremely good communicator and very thorough throughout the whole process. Struggling with residuals from a TBI made it impossible for me to keep track of all the details. Mr. Wikum was just what I was looking for in this seeming endless sea of red tape. His attention to detail gave me peace of mind, with the knowledge that the VA correspondence was timely and accurate. Mr. Wikum was pivotal in winning my case with the government. A simple thank you is not enough.
You are simply the best..........cannot say thank you enough!!! You have no idea of how you have helped me and my family with something that we have struggled with for over 17 years. If it was not for you, I would have never had a voice at the VA and would have never received the care that was needed. You are truly a life saver.
Samantha is the best attorney I ever had and could not be more excited in having her representing me while dealing with the VA regarding my claims and appeals. She is very knowledgeable, smart, quick and responsive to my concerns, issues and emails. Samantha is very reliable and organized and always provides excellent feedback to my questions and issues with my claims. Her professionalism far exceeds my expectations. She is trustworthy, determined and compassionate in all phases of her work capabilities. I'm extremely happy to have her as my attorney and highly recommend her and the Barry Law Firm to all veterans needing assistance with their VA claims. Thank you and job well done.
I was referred to Berry Law firm by a fellow veteran. I had already attempted VA appeals on my own and with VA programs with little to no results. Berry Law Firm did not hesitate to take my case and exceeded my expectations. They had timely communication with me and were able to get the proper appeals completed with the VA and continued to fight for my benefits through many appeals. If you are a veteran and need help with claiming the benefits you deserve I highly recommend working with Berry Law Firm.
Stephanie Costello is the person you are looking, period. Don't even bother shopping around for other Lawyers because when it comes to Veteran Benefit cases, she is all you need. She is highly motivated, knowledgeable, experienced in the ways of navigating the VA bureaucracy, and has a highly motivated team of legal aids that are constantly checking up on her clients progress and needed actions. SGT. USMC Combat Engineer here saying on my EGA, my words are true, she is that good, you won't regret choosing her to get your back in your legal battles.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
