Cant say enough about Samantha and the work she did for me and my claims cases with veterans affairs. Always attentive with any question Ive had and always got back to me within 24 hours. Can't say the same about other lawyers Ive had in the past. Corrina & the folks at Berry Law were very professional with communication on time frames that we would hear back from the VA. If a denial letter was sent Berry Law was back at it with appeals till the case was won. At the end of the day I received 100% P&T.

First off, I was referred to Barry Law from my insurance agent. From the moment that I contacted them until the last possible moment, I felt extremely cared for. I called them very distraught about a car accident that I was the victim of and was still suffering with a lot of physical pain from that. Then trying to deal with all the medical claims, the other person’s insurance & my new medical appointments was just overwhelming for me. Rachel and her team not only took the stress off of it for me, but they communicated thoroughly & continued to inform me of every step of the entire process. They were able to keep all the providers from sending me over to collections & ended up winning my case so that I was able to pay all the medical providers and even get my savings account paid back after having to purchase a new vehicle. I honestly can’t say enough about the way that they took care of this all for me. If you’re considering hiring them, do it! You’d be foolish not to.

Absolutely exceptional lawyer. My father was denied by the VA multiple times for multiple cases over his health. My father was exposed by Agent Orange while serving in the military and has multiple health issues. The VA denied him for health issues and kept him on partial disability just for his knee of all things. So, after denials, we reached out to Mr. Jason Thomas through Berry Law, and Mr. Thomas turned denials into wins. A 40% disability rating to 100%+, with some back pay as a lump sum payment. We went from one or two cases to multiple cases, ensuring my father gets everything he deserves. Without Mr. Jason Thomas, there would be no success with the VA. We cannot thank him enough.
