Hired Attorney Robert Goings

Robert went above and beyond any expectations I could have ever had. After being in an auto accident at fault of someone else and being unsure of the legal processes dealing with insurance and disability,we turned it over to a professional. You'll be hard pressed to find someone as knowledgeable and compassionate as Robert. He has a "don't give up" attitude and is phenomenal at what he does! I would recommend his services to anyone.

My daughter was involved in an auto accident. The other driver was at fault and underinsured. Dealing with the insurance companies on auto and disability insurance quickly became a nightmare. We knew Robert previously and contacted him for help. He quickly took over and led us through step by step. At all times we were kept in the loop on the progress of the case. Somewhere in the process we stopped thinking of him as our Attorney and knew he was a friend for life.
I highly recommend Robert!

Mr. Goings was able to assist me with any questions and provide accurate information related to my case. I have since recommended friends and loved ones to Mr. Goings based on the level of excellence he provided. With automobile accidents the process is long and challenging. Mr. Goings made sure to stay in touch with me to assure I was doing ok. This is found very rarely in a lawyer, but refreshing to know that an honest hardworking one does exist. I would highly recommend Mr. Goings to anyone!

I contacted Robert Goings after I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that was not my fault. He answered all my questions and I was always able to get in touch with him directly or his staff. The case was settled quickly and easily with little need on my part to do anything. In my situation I couldn't be happier with the outcome considering the situation.
