Having argued successfully before the South Carolina Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, DC, he has the confidence to know he can advocate for his clients in any legal situation. This background enables him to be a strategic and effective champion of injured workers while fully understanding how opposing parties operate.
