Robert Goings is a knowledgable attorney that still has that hunger for justice. One that hasn't been corrupted by the system yet! I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney with the aggression of a pitbull combined with compassion for humanity.

Hired Attorney Robert Goings

I had an Attn. who was not filing for hearing with WC. Board so WC ins. kept denying my claim. A Attn. I use for Liability ins. recommended Mr.Goings and he filed for hearing the first day. as hearing approached the WC ins. comp. took the claim paid all the back payments and has treated my injury. If not for Mr. Goings I do not know if I would have been treated so I can return to work. He has been more than just very professional he has been very kind and understanding of the situation I was in.

I saw an atty. for the same case and after 2 and 1/2 months I found out he had never ask for a hearing and the Work comp. was trying to deny the claim. It even happened on video tape. The other atty. let me release him and Mr. Goings was recommended by atty. I had used in the past. Mr. Goings filed for a hearing the day I called him and as the date for the hearing got near the Work comp. accepted the claim and paid back payments and started treatment right away. I could not have had a better atty

Hired Attorney Robert Goings

Robert Goings is an outstanding attorney. When my son was involved in a car accident, a family friend recommended Robert to us. It was the best advice I had received in a long time. Robert immediately went into action and got us results. Battling with insurance companies can be exhausting and when we were about to give up, Robert took control and made them do the responsible thing. He was so compassionate and determine to get my son the justice he deserved, I will forever be grateful.
