I dread this part, it's bitter sweet. The Goings Law, Firm, they make you feel like family. The communication was amazing. Any questions we had, it would be answered without any hesitation. The Staff is really patient and understanding. A company everyone should consider. Although, we are going to miss them, I take comfort in knowing if we shall ever need them again. I know we would be well taken care of.

In October 2021, I started working with Christian Bosel at the Goings Law Firm concerning an accident at work. Due to various issues, it has taken almost 2 years, but we finally settled the case with my employers insurance company. Christian and his fantastic paralegal, Mallory Haber, have been with me every step of the way, which made this process, much easier than it could’ve been. They did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the progress in my case with every twist and turn it took. This situation was stressful from the beginning, and I could only imagine how much worse it would’ve been if I had not had Christian and Mallory on my side. I hope I am never in the situation again, but if I am, I know exactly who I will call.

After I was hit by a concrete truck, I was referred to the goings law firm. They did a great job representing me. The insurance company denied my case so we had to go to court. I was attacked by a dog while on the job resulting in serious injuries to my leg. Hiring this firm was the best decision I made! Robert and his firm did a great job making sure that workers’ compensation provided me with the medical treatment and benefits that I needed, and most importantly, he obtained a wonderful settlement for me against the insurance company for the owner of the dog that attacked me. What I like most about the Goings Law Firm was the great communication with me and how aggressive Robert and his team fought to ensure that I got the best outcome possible.
