How do I or where do I list the co-signed loan for a friend to get a house in my chapter 7 bankruptcy?

The mortgage loan that you co-signed for your friend should be listed on schedule F of the petition as an unsecured debt, unless the debt is secured by collateral.

Will bankruptcy clear evictions from my rental record?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Rustin Scott Polk (Unclaimed Profile)
Bankruptcy lawyer at Polk & Associates
If you file a bankruptcy case and use it to discharge debts, then later you should not have creditors reporting that you still owe that debt. Instead, those debts should be reported as having been discharged and that there no longer is any balance due (no remaining amounts owed to them by you).

It depends on what chapter you filed, what chapter you filed before, and if you got a discharge or if your case was dismissed.
