We provide our clients with personalized legal services. Our practice is helping those who have suffered injuries, illegal job discrimination, bankruptcy, real estate, wrongful death or deceptive trade practices.

At Wash & Thomas Attorneys, we provide clients with the high-quality work that is characteristic of a larger firm, while maintaining the responsiveness and personalized service that are the principal benefits of a smaller firm. Our law firm is located in Waco, Texas; however, we will become involved in legal matters all over the state of Texas. When representation requires litigation, we are aggressive trial lawyers who are not afraid to fight to protect our clients’ rights. We also believe in reasonableness and cooperation, and we adjust our representation to suit the needs of any particular client.

11/02/2023. (SO MUCH FOR 2nd CHANCES). FEEDBACK from my free case evaluation, I give it a thumbs down. I’m very disappointed. While at work I seen Ms. Merryl Jones commercial, I got very excited and said finally the disabled Vets got someone on their side, boy was I wrong, they agreed with SSA, me making too much money I felt they were biased. I went online submitted free case evaluation to receive appointment they did it unprofessional way they called me instead of professionally acknowledging my case request. There was NO APPT, they called wanting me to talk by phone for me to repeat myself; They never asked for proof of documents on my issues. Never looked or spoke further about me retiring in 2024, never got into details about my health, never look forward to me being a client. They never said after I retire give us a call very unprofessional. I will let other Vets know my experience with 2nd chance lawyer. There's nothing there never got to first base. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
