Yes. You will need to fill out an Amendment Cover Sheet, Amendment of Schedule F or D or E, depending what type of debt it is. Also send copies of Amendment and the Amended schedules to the creditor, the Trustee, and US Trustee (check out back page of Amendment Cover sheet talking about service - address for Trustee should be on the Bankruptcy notice you received after the case was filed). Mail the documents and after that file them with the court.

Determining which chapter of bankruptcy to file is a very complex process.  It involves a detailed analysis of all household income received in the 6 months prior to filing your case, expenses, debts, and assets.  It requires an understanding of the Means Test, how to interpret it and obtain correct results. That's the long answer to your question.  The short answer is:  You need to have a consultation with an experienced bankruptcy attorney in your area.  There's no other effective way to get the answer you're seeking, and there's nowhere near enough information in your post to answer.
