Frederick A. Neustein, a Miami native of 48 years, has been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida for 23 years. For twelve years, Mr. Neustein worked “for the Banks” as an licensed attorney in the Mortgage Banking Industry for various Institutional Investment Banks. Mr. Neustein served as Vice President and counsel for American Residential Equities (ARE) headquartered in Miami-Dade County, which acquired approximately $1 Billion in residential and commercial mortgages. At ARE, Mr. Neustein was primarily responsible for the oversight of residential foreclosures and commercial foreclosure cases throughout the state of Florida and the U.S.Prior to that, Mr. Neustein was a Director at Madison Capital Group in Miami where he was responsible for originating, structuring and underwriting transactions on over $1 Billion in real estate, throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Neustein also spent five years as a commercial real estate lender focusing primarily on structured real estate transactions at Heller Financial and Ocwen Financial Corporation.

Retained fred neustein back in early July of this year for my mom and dad at the time. Both were wheelchair bound. My dad a double amputee (legs). There were in the so called process of foreclosure from there house in Florida. The Mortgage company kept intolerable pressure on them to try and force them to keep there home. They could not. Dad was type 1 diabetic and legally blind . After bringing them back to New York State , I finally through research and word of mouth we retained the services of Fred Neustein who responded to my request for foreclosure help for my Mom. Best decision for legal help ever. Fred was thourogh, caring., empathetic, and promised complete and quick results. And he delivered unbelievably. My mom and myself Thank him and his staff from the bottom of our hearts for this. Now my mom can move forward with what years she might have left and not have this burden. Dad passed in March , A shame he wasn’t here to enjoy. I fully recommend Frederick Neustein to Anyone .

Working with Frederick was a great experience. During our free consultation, he explained the entire foreclosure process clearly and let us know all the options we had which made us feel a lot less stressed about our situation. We hired him and throughout the entire foreclosure process, everything went smoothly and as discussed. We were able to stay in our home for all the time we needed and were able to get back on our feet. Definitely recommend them!

During our free consultation, he explained the entire foreclosure process clearly and let us know all the options we had which made us feel a lot less stressed about our situation.
