We had 3 lawyers before we hired Carlo deOliveria. He was referred to us by another lawyer who was unable to take our case. After going through pure hell with the police & other lawyers Carlo was a breath of fresh air. He totally understand our case & worked very hard to help us eventually win. He guided us along the way & I was so grateful that he was trust worthy enough that we felt comfortable NOT going to court. He took care of us. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
Very professional, knowledgeable and a go-getter! Carlo was patient and hard working. He was always available to talk to and reassure me about my case.
She was very attentive to my situation and helped me feel easier about what I was going through.
I've worked with many attorneys without issue. After about two years of service, I recently dismissed Attorney Sarah Burger for failing to adequately prepare for my lawsuit. In retaliation, Attorney Burger violated attorney-client privilege. You can choose for yourself what sort of attorney you want to employ, but I think most clients expect their attorney to maintain confidentiality.
Our lawyer was KELLY MALLOY-POGODA. The selling went fine of course. Unfortunately the buying was riddled with false disclosures and documents that couldn't be produced by the seller to get a mortgage. The seller also claimed the house was built in 1992 when after an appraisal was really built in 1970s. COOPER ERVING & SAVAGE did not hold the seller responsible for any of it. We ended up having to sell our house and renting until we found another house. We will NOT be using COOPER ERVING & SAVAGE ever again.
This was the 2nd time using Cooper Erving and Savage for our house buying and selling closing. Our lawyer was Kelly Malloy-Pogoda. The selling went fine of course. If you want a lawyer who won’t listen to a word you say and rush you out of his office after you pay for a case review, he is your guy!
I would never recommend this firm. The man I met with was very rude and didnt even answer all my questions or look at any of the documents I was asked to bring. He also ran out of office saying he had a meeting. It was really unprofessional and insulting. Complete waste of money.
