This was most stressful experience I ever had.. During my case , I became pregnant. I let him know so that an amendment could be done because of change of my circumstances. He did not begin amendment at that time and told me to let him know when baby was born. I sent him an email about. He said he would start the amendment. That was in January. I started calling him that February. I could not get a call back. Tried emailing him, no reply. Finally I called the court. He never filed anything! I was referred to another attorney by a friend They were great. Apparently he had stuff in it that was not supposed to get paid He had me paying things 2x. I found out He didn't file my case until 7 months later. He had me in a payment plan that was difficult to live on. The new attorney fixed everything. The trustee and judge Saw how bad it was and approved my new plan immediately. After I emailed him, firing him, I finally received an email from him, with a worse plan. To sell my house !!
