terrible experience with davis. not even one positive word for him he was unorganized, rude, obscene, uncaring, always late, forgot to tell me court date changed, way overcharged me, sarcastic, never prepared, i wish i could give zero stars. calling other lawyers very profane names. again not one even semi positive word for davis. very terrible experience hiring davis. hard to believe A) he is actually a lawyer, and B) the massachusetts BAR allows him to continue being a lawyer. i would have been better off without him which is why i fired him and went on to finish divorce sans lawyer.
DEFINETLY OVER CHARGES!! for services rendered. Received phone calls with questions already answered. Not prepared at all..but charges you to the max..I spent tens and thousands of dollars for him to drag out my case for years and finally went to someone else who was less money and got the job done fast! If you want to deal with his rudeness and constantly looking for a check from you then got for it...The worst lawyer you can find! BEWARE!
Over charges for services rendered. Received phone calls with questions already answered. Comments made were inappropriate and questioned if he was working for myself or the other party. I fired him after spending thousands and tired of his "we need more $!"I hired someone else and have spent little money and accomplished much more in a very short time. Very poor interpersonal skills and rude. If you want to spend a lot of unnecessary money and time in court hire him...worst lawyer EVER
