I initially went to see Mr. Steven Sico upon the recommendation of a mortgage broker who suspected that my "financial partners" were taking advantage of me during the process of purchasing an investment property. The suspicions were confirmed. He basically threw a safety dome around me and untangled me from a very bad situation. He also saw me through a rough patch when I was going through a foreclosure. He was very humane, acting from his heart. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
