About Jonathan Mark Benjamin

I am the owner of Benjamin Law Practice, PLLC. I am a Consumer Protection Litigation Attorney specializing in Commercial and Residential Foreclosure defense, HOA Foreclosure Defense, Federal Cases such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA),  Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), state Consumer Collection Defense matters, and general Civil Litigation matters.  I always look for ways to dismiss cases and to get money in my client's pocket for any violations by creditors or debt collectors. In order to do this, I have decided to take on a limited amount of clients so I can devote much needed time and attention to each case. I am a former bank attorney, so I bring a unique perspective to defense work, especially consumer protection cases and know how the other side thinks and litigates! I am known as an aggressive and trustworthy litigator. I will always be available for my clients and will bring a personal and professional approach to the representation. I have worked for big firms in the past and wish to bring a more personal touch to the attorney-client representation. Jon is the first attorney I had such a pleasant experience working with. He was personable and was quick to deliver the desired results. Throughout the engagement Jon was professional, responsive, listened to our concerns (even on a late Friday evening), and always had my back while guiding me through the process. Best attorney to fight foreclosure. I interviewed a lot of attorneys and most just want to do modifications no matter what defenses you have in your case. Jonathan is one of the very few attorneys that will look at your case and fight the bank. I hired Jon in December 2018 after my first attorney. He is very knowledgeable, very pleasant personality and has a lot of patience to explain and answer questions. I'm extremely happy with him and recommend him to anyone that wants to fight the bank/lend

Jon is very professional, always communicated with me, and was able to file a Federal suit to stop the harassment and eliminated my debt.
