I am a Consumer Protection Litigation Attorney specializing in Commercial and Residential Foreclosure defense, HOA Foreclosure Defense, Federal Cases such as Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), state Consumer Collection Defense matters, and general Civil Ltigation matters. I always look for ways to dismiss cases and to get money in my clients pocket for any violations by creditors or debt collectors. In order to do this, I have decided to take on a limited amount of clients so I can devote much needed time and attention to each case. I am a former bank attorney, so I bring a unique perspective to defense work, especially consumer protection cases and know how the other side thinks and litigates!
