Hired Attorney Diana Sparagna

Mrs. Sparagna was unable to work out the issues of my case, as well as, failed miserably in handling the matter with opposing counsel unprofessionally. With her in the case, I was unable to settle my case without going to court. She failed to keep me informed of my case and her office and staff were unresponsive, unprofessional and uninformed.

Hired Attorney Diana Sparagna

-Could have had a better attitude towards my case
-Communication was verbally abusive
-Unprepared at hearings and always focused on someone else's case than mine
-Did not keep me informed of my case and never sent me correspondence she received from others in my case
-Was not responsible for herself or office
-Questionable billing practices
-Misappropriation, as my new attorney called it
-Failed to be professional
-Very antagonistic towards me and everyone else in court
-Caustic

Hired Law Firm

This firm has been very unresponsive to our inquiries regarding our cases. Our lawyers assistant does not return our phone calls AT ALL. They didn't move on our case, costing us tens of thousands in benefits and pay. Right now, they are completely avoiding our calls. If I were to do this over again,I would never have sought out his services and would definitely not hire or recommend him.I am not alone, as I have spoken with several other people who share my opinion.
