I have not received my temporary or permanent disability payments from Travelers Insurance, Harman International Industries or JBL Professional and Diana will not return my calls or emails on payment. Other of her clients seem to have the same response from her.
I found Diana Spargna's effectiveness to be ineffective at best. Never did she help my case move forward towards a positive resolution as excuses of non-performance were constant. She comes on strong but can not carry through when it comes to the work that needs to be done. You're better off representing yourself than having her on any case. You'll have to call her office many times before they call you back. They do not keep you informed of your case but call you constantly when they fail.

-Unprepared at hearings and always focused on someone else's case than mine
-Did not keep me informed of my case and never sent me correspondence she received from others in my case
-Was not responsible for herself or office
-Questionable billing practices
-Misappropriation, as my new attorney called it
-Failed to be professional
-Very antagonistic towards me and everyone else in court
-Caustic
Mrs. Sparagna was unable to work out the issues of my case, as well as, failed miserably in handling the matter with opposing counsel unprofessionally. With her in the case, I was unable to settle my case without going to court. She failed to keep me informed of my case and her office and staff were unresponsive, unprofessional and uninformed.
