went for a free consultation with a lawyer to see if it would be worth going after. I thought it was odd that her two children were there. I specifically asked who would be passing her wages and if it would be worth it. She assured me the other party would be paying her wages and it was definately worth going after. I gave her the receipts at that time. Well, 1.5 years later and several hundred emails asking for an update, that were not answered, she then tells me the receipts are not adequate
Andrew Hope should have his license revoke. I contacted him after my father passed away, my father used Andrew to build and file his "will". It wasn't worth the paper it was written on. He told me "I don't have time to listen to whine while I have paying customers in the lobby". I will never forget his words. His lack of concern for our fathers dying witches lost his living children.$43,333.33
My attorney this law firm and he did not delivery what he promised for my child support case. Before, I secured his services, I discussed with him what I wanted from this law firm and he said no problem. In fact, he said at $1500 for CP, I should get money back because my case was simple case. I wanted credit for carrying my daughter on healthcare. Nothing I asked for was delivered or was reassured would happen, happened. Big waste of money with this law firm.
Divorce was not contested. Paid $4200 retainer. MULTIPLE ISSUES that include rarely returned phone calls, no communication, high fees, it took more than two weeks and 4 phone calls to get account statements and no clue when it's final. Fees are going to equal more than $3000 for an uncontested divorce. Ex. paid $2200 retainer and her attorneys charged less than $1000. Terrible service and fees. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before retaining the services of Hope Law Firm P.L.C.
The communication was the worst I have ever had. Months would go by before an acknowledgment of any kind. When I was finally contacted the information I had given to the attorney or his staff was totally wrong in emails, letters or court documents that were sent to me. This was a simple case that took almost a year. I finally fired the attorney.
