I'm very disappointed in the representation (if you call it that) of this firm. They took the retaining fee and did very little on my husband's case. He could never reach the attorney when he called and it would take her days before she would return the call or she wouldn't call she would just respond to his email days later. Her responses to valid questions he had about the status of the case were very vague. And then today with all of the issues with the federal employees, he called to ask advise on what he should do and no call back, so he emailed her and she said she couldn't talk today. I have worked in legal for over 25 years and this is not acceptable, don't waste your money here.

As a single father raising my children and working a full time federal job I thought I could trust this Devados staff attorney to provide the guidance to best represent my case of apparent workplace harassment and hostility but it seems as though he served as saboteur to diminish the strength of my case, in subtle manners such as avoiding topics, wording claims of blatant violations of the disabilities act in ambiguous ways, dismissing claims, not pursuing production of critical discovery requests, and from the start providing no guidance that I should be participating in therapy or counseling sessions as the only acceptable way to provide documentation that proves the degree of pain and suffering derived from workplace harassment and hostility. The one discovery item producing proof of my direct manager's guilt that went through unsabotaged was made by me. This is the type of representation Devados law firm provided me. I warn anyone to think twice about hiring this firm.

Go to another firm or do it yourself. I am a current client. Only expertise I have received from them is billing. They bill for every phone call and email by the minute! They take correspondence from agency, EEO or OWCP and copy and paste what the agency wants from you. Guess what, then you the client has to do all the work! Why waste your money!

$2100, 4 months later no form filed with OWCP. Still in pain. No doctor name for second opinion. Big waste of money. Unresponsive and has failed to provide me with any evidence of their work.

If I could not use any stars, I would. When I first signed up with this company, they were calling and all happy to answer any question before I paid a retainer fee. Once I paid a $2100 retainer fee, my calls went unanswered and it would be days of them getting back to me and emails weren't answered until.days later. I started working with a few attorneys at first but then they kept switching attorneys, bouncing my case around, which is very unprofessional, and each time I would have to start over with whatever attorney to explain things in my case.They dragged their feet on getting me to see a doctor, which I had to pay almost $1000 out of pocket to get a medical narrative, and once I received that in June, they hardly did any work on my case but charged me for any little thing, including reading and responding to emails and giving call backs. Everything I filled out kept being returned to me for edits and questions, thus being charged more money to read the same thing over and over

Today is a great day for me after a long battle with the veterans affairs in regards to my disability retirement. Artoney Mr. Robert R. McGill won my case today!!!!!!!! Mr. McGill is not to be played with because he knows his stuff/work!!! He is simply the BEST. If you are looking for a federal disability lawyer, please do yourself a favor look no more HIRE Mr. Robert. R. McGill. Without him l would have been lost. Mr. Robert R McGill thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤ you truly have given me hope and a true sense of purpose. May God bless you for me. Also they fee's you pay him for his services is well worth it. Look no further and HIRE HIM!!!! Devadoss lawfirm did nothing for me but took my money and l am still paying for the $5,00.00 loan l took from the bank. Y'all learn from my mistakes.
