I have retained the services of the Devadoss Law Firm twice. I would not hesitate to do so again, and have recommended this Firm to multiple personal and professional individuals. They were in constant communication, readily available, and genuinely cared about me. Debra Hauser and her team are top notch; several associate attorneys as well. Anyone searching for legal representation as a victim of negative action(s) taken by a Federal agency would do well to make contact with the Devadoss Law Firm.

I have used the Devadoss Law Firm in the past. I was successful. So, when my employer decided to deny my 2 reasonable accommodations and to medically remove me, I returned to Devadoss Law Firm. Again, I was successful! Debra and her team were awesome! Debra completed all of the necessary paperwork for my disability retirement. In fact, the disability retirement packet was so well put together that the lady from OPM informed me that my packet was a ray of sunshine because she did not have to request any other information. Debra always kept me well informed and always responded to my emails/calls. She made me feel like my case was the only case that mattered! My disability retirement was decided in my favor within 2 months of being submitted. If I have another issue that needs legal attention, I will definitely call on the Devadoss Law Firm! Money well invested!!!

I would highly recommend the Devadoss Law Firm to anyone requiring assistance in resolving the myriad of obstacles the various Federal agencies have in place. The attorneys and staff are very knowledgeable and personable. I have retained their services on not one, but two cases in dealing with 2 separate Federal agencies that were/are doing what they can NOT to help me. Very satisfied.

I hired Devadoss in August 2017 for an easy, already accepted OWCP case. $7500 agreed fee for all services to get a settlement and reinstated on disability along with CA-7 reimbursement. In over 5 years they managed to get my case closed twice, the last time possibly for good even though I desperately need surgery. They are so bad there that I had 9 different junior attorneys work my case. They dropped me in Nov 2022 saying due to Covid they need to reduce cases. Yet they take new clients. Cheats and liars. I am fighting for my life and they destroyed my chances at getting any help at all.

Was great getting case filed. 18 months later and nothing. Communication was very little to none. Didn't really get any solid legal recommendations or advice. They didn't seem proactive about litigating my case. Never files a single motion, didnt interview or dispose of a single witness, like there was nothing from them. I bet if I talked to my lawyers they would know a thing about my case. They'd have to review the file just to recall who I was. They probably would not be familiar with who I was. Didn't give and clear guidance on the process or way forward. Becsuse of course its a ridiculously over complicated process that only the greast legal minds could create. They seemed unwilling to give direct and honest responses to client inquiries. Literally after almost 2 years, I have no idea where my case is, what if any actions were or weren't done. Trust complete loss of trust. Its just time to move on. I terminated their service, doubt I'll see a dime of that wasted money.

This firm would charge you to sharpen their pencils if they could. I can understand why so many bad reviews end with spending double digits and no resolution. Emails one sentence long are charged at a high unaffordable rate to those struggling during these difficult times. In my short time with this firm, I realized the lack of experience they claim to have with fed comp due to the fact that my attorney needed to do research for something they do on a daily basis or just another tactic to add on to the invoice in my opinion. No transparency with how much they charge for reading your emails. When I complained about the invoices and asked for details. Left a message and sent email to lady in charge of billing, didn't hear back from her until she received the email letting their firm know I removed them from my case. An entire retainer billed on two phone calls and probably 8 or so emails. Zero resolution or help and me doing all the leg work on multiple tasks.
